An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. pk306 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, as notified to the player at the time of Account registration and as updated from time to time. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their Account active.
pk306 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). All transactions are denominated in PKR except cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, subject to banking system availability. Minimum deposit amounts are Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. pk306 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for pk306 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute towards the wagering requirement. Live casino table games, certain jackpot titles, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all — refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
All bonus funds have a validity period, typically 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement that remain outstanding at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. pk306 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
pk306 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

pk306's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk306's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pk306 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pk306.bet/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk306 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk306 customer support via live chat from your Account dashboard. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Balances) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
